The Yachties program is delivered at three levels of 20 hours each, typically split into eight two and a half hour sessions.  The three levels are, Yachties 1 - Fun Sailing, Yachties 2 - Tricks and Techniques and Yachties 3 - Sailing Fast.  Each student receives a Yachties crew pack and on completion of each level they recieve a certificate of achievment.

Yachties aims to help children gain a healthier mind and body, foster a lifelong interest in sport, have fun and learn to sail in a safe environment.  With Yachties, children combine learning about water safety through games based sailing activities.

There is one Instructor to every six children, each Instructor also has an assistant Instructor.

Each Instructor has a World Sailing and South African Sailing coaching qualification.  They also hold a valid first aid, power boat and safety boat handling certificate.
